Bakanl\u0131ktan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, s\u00f6z konusu cezan\u0131n, 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren yeni d\u00fczenlemeler do\u011frultusunda uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilerek, \u201c\u00dcretici, tedarik\u00e7i ve perakende i\u015fletmeler aras\u0131ndaki ticari ili\u015fkilerde taraflardan birinin faaliyetini bozan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc davran\u0131\u015f, haks\u0131z ticari uygulama olarak tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f ve yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u201d ifadelerine yer verildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
