Dernek y\u00f6netimi, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bireysel hik\u00e2yelerden de\u011fil, bu hik\u00e2yeleri ortak bir ama\u00e7 u\u011fruna birle\u015ftirme vizyonundan ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda konu\u015fan MUGEP yetkilileri, merkeziyet\u00e7i anlay\u0131\u015ftan uzak, isti\u015fareye ve kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa dayal\u0131 bir y\u00f6netim modeli benimsediklerini belirtti. Y\u00f6netim kurulu ba\u015fkan\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca bir s\u00f6zc\u00fc oldu\u011funu ifade eden a\u00e7\u0131klamada, t\u00fcm \u00fcyelerin aktif sorumluluk \u00fcstlendi\u011fi kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir yap\u0131 in\u015fa edildi\u011fi dile getirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derne\u011fin \u00f6ncelikli hedeflerinden birinin, Mustafakemalpa\u015fa\u2019da t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla konular\u0131n ortak ak\u0131l temelinde tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fturmak oldu\u011fu belirtildi. Bu do\u011frultuda hem dernek i\u00e7i yap\u0131lanmalarda hem de topluma y\u00f6nelik projelerde aktif bir rol \u00fcstleniliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gen\u00e7li\u011fe Yat\u0131r\u0131m: MUGEN\u00c7 Geliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gen\u00e7lik alan\u0131na \u00f6zel \u00f6nem veren MUGEP, \u201cMUGEN\u00c7\u201d ad\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan gen\u00e7lik yap\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irmeye haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. Gen\u00e7lerin \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine dahil edilmesini hedefleyen dernek, melek yat\u0131r\u0131m a\u011f\u0131 gibi altyap\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla bu alanda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir model olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda ba\u015flayacak komisyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da detaylar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.
