Meclis\u2019te g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclecek d\u00fczenlemeler aras\u0131nda&nbsp;<strong>emekli bayram ikramiyesinin 4.000 TL\u2019ye y\u00fckseltilmesi<\/strong>&nbsp;ve&nbsp;<strong>do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 gibi sosyal iyile\u015ftirmeler<\/strong>&nbsp;de bulunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kritik Maddelerde De\u011fi\u015fiklik<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teklifte \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan d\u00fczenlemeler aras\u0131nda,&nbsp;<strong>konut kira gelirlerindeki istisna tutar\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong>&nbsp;ve&nbsp;<strong>gen\u00e7 giri\u015fimci Ba\u011f-Kur prim deste\u011finin sona ermesi<\/strong>&nbsp;yer al\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca,&nbsp;<strong>imalat d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki sekt\u00f6rlere uygulanan 4 puanl\u0131k te\u015fvik<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>2 puana indiriliyor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vergi alan\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm de ya\u015fan\u0131yor.&nbsp;<strong>4. ge\u00e7ici vergi d\u00f6nemi<\/strong>&nbsp;yeniden uygulanacak. Buna g\u00f6re, m\u00fckelleflerin kazan\u00e7lar\u0131 art\u0131k 3, 6, 9 ve 12 ayl\u0131k d\u00f6nemlerde tespit edilerek, y\u0131l i\u00e7inde 4 defa ge\u00e7ici vergi \u00f6demesi yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gayrimenkul sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde de dikkat \u00e7eken bir madde bulunuyor:&nbsp;<strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tutarl\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f tespitlerinde vergi ziya\u0131 cezas\u0131 %100\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/strong>&nbsp;Ayr\u0131ca,&nbsp;<strong>kuyumculuk, 2. el ta\u015f\u0131t ve ta\u015f\u0131nmaz ticareti yapan i\u015fletmeler<\/strong>, y\u0131ll\u0131k ruhsat harc\u0131 \u00f6demekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc hale geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yeni Y\u00f6netimsel ve Mevzuat Zorunluluklar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni yasa tasar\u0131s\u0131nda,&nbsp;<strong>yapay zeka destekli denetim modelinin<\/strong>&nbsp;daha yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtiliyor.
