G\u00fcrkan, g\u00f6reve gelir gelmez \u201csuya y\u00fczde 25 indirim\u201d vaadi veren mevcut y\u00f6netimin, k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 art arda zamlarla Bursa\u2019y\u0131 \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en pahal\u0131 suyunu kullanan \u015fehirlerinden biri\u201d haline getirdi\u011fini savundu. CHP\u2019li b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir y\u00f6netiminin bug\u00fcn Genel Kurul\u2019da \u201cDo\u011fru yapmam\u0131\u015f\u0131z\u201d diyerek hata yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kabul etti\u011fini belirten G\u00fcrkan, bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 \u201cpop\u00fclist ve basiretsiz y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d olarak nitelendirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
